Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As a Compensation and Benefits Manager you will develop, deliver and maintain compensation and benefits programs that align with and support the unique culture of collaboration and transparency in the organisation. Developing compensation and total rewards policies and procedures that are aligned to business needs and according to the UAE labor law.

Analyze business unit trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies to improve HRs contribution to the organizations goals
Design and improve policies and procedures in alignment with organisational growth and corporate culture and values.

Design, manage and administer global compensation programs in consultation with HR and leaders.

Manage and develop overall benefits program design and administration.

Requirements

- 5+ years total related Compensation and Benefits experience in a progressive HR and business environment.
- FMCG Experience MUST.
- CIPD desirable.
- Ability to make informed decisions based on financial instruments, market survey and data.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent education required.
