Construction Manager

Job description / Role

- Under the leadership of the EPC project manager
- To carry out the project construction management work
- According to the terms of the contract
- The leadership of the organization, coordination and control of overall responsibility for project construction
- The preparation of project construction plan
- Hold regular schedule coordination meeting
- To implement the company quality policy, objectives & quality system documents and supporting documents
- Cooperate with the Ministry of Commerce for the construction contract review
- Deal somethings with the design and procurement, construction & organizational and technical interfaces
- Submit the project construction progress report

Requirements

- Engineering Course or College degree or above
- A construction engineer or project manager qualification preferred
- Engaged in construction management work to take on EPC project management experience
- Willing to endure hardship, concrete compressive strength, good adaptability.
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction management
