Job description / Role
A leading organization from the banking sector based in Dubai is looking to Receptionists to join their dynamic team of professionals. The desired candidates must have at least 1 year of experience with customer care in the UAE. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills in Arabic as well as English. UAE Nationals are first priority for this role.
This job is key to optimise the current channels and start new channels for bringing in new mortgage volumes.
The duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Responsible for greeting customer and responding to customers with any queries
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization for IT requirements and travel requirements
- Undertaking general office administrative duties
- Responsible for handling customer feedback, queries, complaints and request
- Maintain and develop relationships with internal and external clients
- Perform the tasks of providing administrative service to customer service executives
Requirements
- Graduate
- At least 1 year of experience with customer service
- Attention to detail
- Good communications skills in English & Arabic (reading/writing & speaking)
- Good MS Office skills, primarily word and excel
- Good customer service skills
- Good telephone skills
