Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading multinational company is seeking a Customization Planner.

This is a contract staffing role under Manpower for a period of 12 months.

Task
- Attends Customization weekly update meeting.
- Attends Monthly C-IMP session.
- Updates Customization Tracking report on weekly basis
- Own preparation of Technical standards for all Customization projects
- IPMS (Individual Packaging Material Specifications)
- Ensure the type of material to use
- Get the exact dimension of the material
- Confirm the communication on the POA
- Ensure the market where the promotion or regulatory customization will take place
- PI (Packing Instruction)
- Gather all requirements needed to complete the PI
- Material samples like promo boxes, stickers et al.
- Item samples
- Inner or outer cases samples
- If actual samples are not available, pictures should be provided by the CO team

Requirements

- Ensure that all details in the PI are clear, complete, updated and aligned with QA requirements
- Ensure that the POA are already approved in E-padex prior to sending it to QA for approval
- IPS (Individual Packaging Standards)
- Ensure that all details are updated and complete.
- Cross check details from CDB Reference data. If there are discrepancies, go back to the team.
- Ensure 100% CSS submission RFT scorecard. Take note of any updates from Standard office.
- Directly coordinates with Customization Manager and Technical Packaging
- Works closely with the CO & BO team for all Customization projects
- Track requirements for all customization projects. Make sure it is completed and submitted on time
- Communicate timely to team and highlight issues if any
- Maintains & Update AW catalog
- Ensure IQA process is followed for all Customization projects
