Job description / Role
Permanent position within the Brand Marketing team in Dubai and reporting to the Director of Content & Optimization, the purpose of the role is to lead the operational and marketing development of analytics to drive user engagement.
Main duties:
- Promote and implement the use of a digital analytics platform across the functions within the organisation
- Engaging with managers and internal stakeholders to help educate and train the teams
- Maximising the return on investment on existing channels
- Encouraging and embedding the use of data - based decision making in regards to spend and activity
Requirements
- Must have a proven background in digital analytics
- Degree educated - business degree at minimum, marketing related degree preferred
Technical skills:
- Digital metrics e.g. google analytics, ad serving technologies, social media monitoring
- Visualization techniques for data analysis & presentation
- Marketing principles
- Database marketing
- Access, SAS, or SPSS, SQL, Stata
- Experience with CRM tools
