Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The roles is based out of Dubai and will work closely with Sales Management, the candidate will be accountable for identifying, prioritizing, developing and delivering systems & tools across the sales channels that will enhance the customer experience, simplify the internal user experience & create resource efficiencies in a sustainable way.

Stakeholder management, timely delivery of projects & clear measurement of results will be key in the success of this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify specific key result areas where improved systems and tools will deliver the highest benefit to Etisalat, making use of cross channel synergies to maximize benefits & create consistency of approach wherever appropriate.
- Identify areas of best practice, both within the telecoms industry & externally, to support best choice of solutions.
- Prioritise projects to ensure areas of maximum benefit in customer experience, resource efficiencies, ease of use & brand perception are delivered first.
- Manage stakeholders within the business to ensure the above projects are developed & executed accurately, efficiently, within budget & on time.
- Provide systematic status reporting of projects throughout development, piloting, delivery & post delivery
- Continuously improve delivered systems where appropriate to enhance results.
- Communicate frequently & clearly with internal customers to ensure alignment & buy in, with benefits & updates that are clearly understood.
- Plan & manage acquired budgets.
- Set, manage & agree KPIs & objectives with team members. Review monthly. Identify strengths & weaknesses in team & coach, train & performance manage accordingly
- Ensure necessary training provisions for staff are accounted & regular training is adopted & applied to increase performance.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships to ensure the retail development team gain support & provide support to other appropriate functions
- Build & foster a strong team working environment in line with Etisalat values

Requirements

- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
- 8-10 years of experience in people management, consumer engagement, process/project management & sales results

Candidates with certification in Project Management, IT experience will be given an added advantage.
