Director (IT advisory) - Healthcare Sector

Job description / Role

Our client, a leading Consulting Strategy Firm is seeking to recruit IT advisory professionals for its Healthcare Practice in Dubai.

They are seeking candidates who use their strategic business consulting skills to work with clients through all stages of strategy-based transformation projects.

Candidates must help businesses understand the impact of digital and IT transformation and advise them in developing new digital business models and capabilities. Their focus will be on delivering business outcomes using their skills in strategy development, advance analytics, Bid data and IT strategy.

A blend of talents and skills is required of a successful Director candidate, including intellectual ability, excellent analytical skills with the capability to perform sophisticated hypothesis-driven analyses, imagination and creativity, judgment and maturity, curiosity, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, high energy level, professional integrity, and demonstrated leadership.

Requirements

- Minimum 15 – 20 years relevant experience showing progressive promotion in management consulting
- A Minimum of Bachelors’ degree
- Must have experience with Digital/ IT Transformation: Cloud Computing, Analytics Capability Assessment and Deployment etc.
- Track record in successful implementation of bringing change improvement at client or company
- Strong intellectual & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment
- Possess tremendous drive, energy, positivity, ability to work autonomously and as a team player, and ability to be highly analytical and financially savvy.
- Must have excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Up to 100% travel.
