Document Control Engineer

Job description / Role

- Responsible for documenting information during the implementation of the whole project; registration, coding, classification, distribution, transfer,submit, save, publishing, backup, sorting, tracking, update, destruction, test; archiving the whole process of management and control.
- Be engaged in Document classification. Finish the Document transfer at the end of the project.
- For the Subcontractors file, data, documents management.
- To manage the files which is from the Supervisor, owners and other third parties, then distribute it and supervise the reply.
- Responsible for site information management, document management, draft the site manage log.

Requirements

- With good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- TEM-8 is required.
- With Document work experience, at most three years.
- Knowledge about the Oil and Gas industry and Chemicals is preferred.
