Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Drafts man to join an international steel contractor in Dubai, UAE. Client works on large structural projects and is growing rapidly in the region.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of AutoCAD drawings
* Prepare shop drawings for on going projects and AS-built drawings for finished projects
* Reviews of drawings prepared
* Ensuring that company drawing standards is maintained
* Maintain up to date records of all drawings, transmittal and correspondence
* Ensuring engineering work is undertaken in accordance with departmental work instructions, procedures and standards.
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role
* College graduate / Diploma Holder
* Designing in / drafting in AutoCAD (2006,2007,2008 & 2009)
* Corel Graphics Suite x4
* Basic 3D Studio Max
* Google Sketch Up
* Experience in Microsoft Office software
* Strong communication skills , both verbal and written are essential
