Job description / Role
Exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Architect for a leading organization providing IT and telecommunication services to the air transport industry based in Dubai UAE.
As an Enterprise Architect you should be able to communicate with business managers and the technical team. Should have the capability to understand and analyze requirements with extensive technical knowledge of Aviation and the travel trade. Capability to design creative and innovative architectural designs which are reasonable and practical, design technical aspects and apply it in a relevant manner. In a position to make design recommendations, produce models that form the foundation for further analysis. Assess complex requirements and provide solutions and also develop, devise, plan, negotiate and present modern implementations for client sites.
Follow organizational methodologies to yield efficient and timely results. Experienced in refining system architecture and interfacing to enhance integration. Also in writing technical proposals and working with teams and clients in a technical pre-sales role.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in designing or implementing enterprise wide infrastructure in an IT environment.
Extensive experience working:
- Virtualization with Vsphere 4.x or 5.x.
- With server clustering
- With Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 or 2012
- Knowledge of HP server equipment desirable
- Willingness to travel
- Immediate availability
