Event Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is senior management media brand which produces an unrivaled portfolio of business products, providing corporate intelligence and insight to companies that operate across the Middle East and North Africa.

The Role
- Reporting to the Managing Director for Events, the Event Marketing Manager
- Leading a team of marketers responsible for the messaging, packaging and delivery of events products
- Bringing new products, features, and/or services to market
- Working closely with our product development team
- Leading customer research

Requirements

- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of the full marketing mix
- Minimum of 5 years in event marketing (B2B preferred)
- Can demonstrate excellent creative writing skill
- Strong maths and analytical abilities
- Is consistently up to date with web 2.0 and keeps abreast of all changes in this space
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
- HTML and Photoshop experience an advantage
- Can demonstrate a developing knowledge of relevant geographical market and relevant sectors
