Job description / Role
The Executive Assistant will work directly for the company's Chief Operations Officer and will support management using a variety of project management, communication, or organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain executive calendars and meeting agendas, prepare materials used in executive presentations and make travel arrangements.
- Organise and maintain files and office libraries of books, papers and digital media.
- Research and preparation of reports - delivering key projects to tight deadlines.
- Negotiating with suppliers, purchasing supplies, maintaining leased equipment and managing stockrooms.
- Train new staff members.
- Safeguarding confidential information.
- Preparing and delivering key presentations to board members on new initiatives and financial figures.
Requirements
Selected applicants will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and will have ample experience in working with executive level directors and board members. Fluency (both written and spoken) in Arabic and English is essential. Languages of interest include French, Chinese and Russian.
Successful applicants will be well presented, will be confident in public speaking and presenting to C level employees and will have a magnetic personality. Outstanding communication and organisation skills, along with being available on call 24/7 is key for this role.
We are looking for someone with international exposure for this role.
