Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client a family owned Investment company that is based at the DIFC, we are looking to recruit a Female Administrator. Reporting to the Chairman you will be responsible for maintaining the Chairman's diary, extensive travel arrangements and ticketing, booking of meetings and other administrative work deemed suitable by the Chairman.

Requirements

- The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated, have a minimum of 2 years UAE experience within a similar role and be familiar with arranging flights/hotels and vehicles.

- Fluency in English is essential
