Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for managing, estimating and controlling the cost of manufacturing process and cycles through developing and implementing the infrastructure of Cost accounting to ensure minimum waste and cost efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:
- Apply most efficient costing methods and accumulation systems which guarantee better accuracy and allocation of the cost among various manufacturing products.
- Maintain, verify and develop the standard costing systems, starting with accurate, verified and dependable BOM.
- Analyze COGS and its fluctuations against budget and last year; conduct cost variance set of reports to show the gap and the reasons behind that.
- Analyze cost, profitability for new launches, designs and recipes, consider the cost-volume-profit analysis (CVP Analysis) and break-even point, and submit appropriate analysis to the management.
- Report factory utilization status, financial measurement of the improvement in the equipment efficiency and financial evaluation of any plant cost initiative.
- Enhance evaluation of new capital projects and new investment opportunities through conducting dynamic financial study which precisely measure all investment indicators such as NPV, Payback, IRR and profitability index.
- Supervise the accuracy of construction annual budget, accurate and dependable costing data.
- Lead, develop, evaluate and motivate costing and multifunctional team to ensure proper cost control of the manufacturing process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance
- CMA is an asset
- Excellent communication skills, Good command of English language
- Good leadership skills.
- Costing experience in FMCG, 5 Years minimum
- Financial statements experience
