Job description / Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing food & beverages cost analysis and controls, inventory management, variance analysis on ingredients, labour, equipment and utilities costs.
Responsibilities
Ensuring all recipes and food production achieve the targeted yields through effective menu costing and planning
Managing inventory
Analysis of budget against cost and variances
Invoicing and collection of payments
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Requirements
- Degree in Accounts
- A minimum of 3 years experience in catering or food services and F&B cost control and menu management working in catering or food services organisation
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent Excel skills
Candidate Profile
- Indian nationality living in Dubai
- Aged between 27 - 32 years
- Can speak good English
