Employment: Full Time

Established in 1988 in Dubai and the Northern Emirates our clients objective is to provide a full range of logistics services to their valued customers and to support the parent company in the execution of Governmental contracts. They have a hard working and experienced team and due to recent growth now have a vacancy for an exceptional Sales Executive based at their offices close to Dubai airport.

They have a strong presence in the UAE market with a large customer base in the private sector such as traders and contractors as well as in the governmental sector. Therefore experience in a similar role within the freight and logistics industry is essential to this role, as well as a strong established client base.

The role of the Sales Executive will be to sell and promote the company’s freight forwarding products and services across the UAE in order to develop strong business relationships with existing and new clients. You will ensure clients are supported throughout the whole process including preparing quotes and organising face to face meetings to discuss the client’s requirements. It is also expected that you will actively seek out and develop new accounts, alongside the support of the customer service and operational teams. The right candidate provide a constant stream of pipeline business in order to meet targets and generate high levels of gross profit working towards tight deadlines and KPIs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role and possess regional knowledge within the industry, preferably within the UAE. You will be confident and assertive with a positive and persuasive attitude and a passion for high levels of customer service. Excellent levels of communication in reading writing and spoken in English and 1 other language is also essential.
