Front Desk/PA to Group GM

Job description / Role

Our client, an International Creative Organisation, is looking for a Front Desk/PA to report to the Group General Manager of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining office system, including filing
- Arranging travel
- Take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during (some) presentations;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- Organising meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff whenever requested by Finance.
- Typing documents.
- Ad hoc tasks

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role
- Female
- Preferably Western or European
- Highly presentable
- Fresh and dynamic
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
