Job description / Role
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript
- Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components
- Aware of but not reliant on Object Oriented JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery, AngularJS, Node.js, React, etc.)
- Experience building Responsive websites Templating: Mustache, Handlebars SASS / LESS
- An eye for pixel perfect designs Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
- Basic knowledge of version control (Git) and databases
- The ability to build your own modular, flexible,responsive and performing UI framework
- Working knowledge of Twitter Bootstrap
- Unit or behavioral testing in JavaScript
- Knowing your way in Photoshop and other image editing software
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building web applications
- Experience in the E-commerce industry
- Work with our UI & UX designers to implement the next generation of products
- Build efficient and reusable front-end abstractions and systems
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks
- Participate in design and code reviews
- Interact with other team members to incorporate their innovations and vice versa
- Identify and communicate best practices for front-end engineering
Education: MCA or B.Tech
