A great opportunity within retail fashion has come. One of the leading global fashion brands is looking to hire a General Manager to join their team in Dubai.

The role of the General Manager is to design, develop and implement a strategic plan in the most cost effective and time efficient manner. The GM will be responsible for both the day-to-day running of the company and developing business plans for the long term future of the brand.

Requirements

- At least 10 years of relevant experience specifically in running a large department store/brand
- Excellent drive in meeting and exceeding goals and standards of excellence in spite of obstacles
- Able to plan and deliver communications in an impactful, persuasive and tactful way
- Demonstrates excellent ability to manage all types of resources and to foster high standards in line with the brand’s vision
