Employment: Full Time

As an experienced Group Talent Acquisition Manager you are responsible to grow and build a world class global talent acquisition team. Reporting to the VP, you will build a strategy around recruitment as well as execution of best practices for benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing effectiveness in an effort to meet or exceed the hiring goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition globally, lead, manage and develop the recruiting team across multiple locations driving a high level of performance against the ambitious hiring plans.
- Define and develop recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the Employee success leadership team.
- Partner closely with Employee Success leadership to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, offer proposal and negotiation.
- Identify future talent needs collaborating with the recruiting team to develop talent pools and/or social engagements.
- Develop and implement a cohesive day-to-day recruiting operation and related programs across all functional areas.

Requirements

- Significant experience in recruiting in the FMCG industry is a must.
- Seasoned talent acquisition leader who has successfully built, managed and inspired a recruiting team for a high-growth FMCG company.
- Highly effective judgement and interpersonal skill with the ability to interface with all levels across organisation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire confidence and build relationships.
- In depth understanding of the hiring processes, key recruiting metrics.
- Masters Degree in management with HR Management as specialization is an asset.
- CIPD/ SPHR and or experienced with assessment tools.
