Head of Finance / CFO - Chartered CPA or ACCA

Job description / Role

Head of Finance / CFO - Must be Chartered CPA or ACCA (Major Dubai Government Company)
55-60K AED per Month + Education + flights + Medical

We are currently retained by Major Dubai Government Company to assist in appointing an experienced Head of Finance (Progressing to CFO as the business grows and develops) for a Newly Formed Business focusing on Brand New Hotel Chain which they will own & operate in the UAE / GCC.

- Develops means to improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit.
- Thinks creatively and practically to develop, execute and implement new business plans
- Creates the annual operating budget for the company
- Produces accurate forecasts that enable operations to react to changes in the business
- Ensures that the P&L is accurate (e.g., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts)
- Ensures compliance with standard and local operating procedures

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognised European or American Institution holding a CPA or ACCA (Chartered)
- At least 10+ years experience
- Clients preference is someone from a Senior Financial Controls background within the Hotelier industry with PRE-OPENING experience.
