Head of Healthcare B2B Marketing & Communications EMEA - Excellent Financial Package

The Head of Marketing and Communications (B2B/B2B2C Healthcare) will be accountable for pushing product awareness, positioning Company brand and driving sales by creating and managing the execution of marketing plans for all segment products across the region.

The Marketing and communications manager will supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations specialists by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications.


Will coordinate the team in charge of providing marketing services to support all commercial activies & campaigns across the segments and with channels, contributing to achievement of sales objectives and growth, controlling a marketing budget & implementing best practices, tools, systems and processes across the region.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing Planning:
* In collaboration with segments ensure marketing goals (plus the strategy) are properly set up in order to support the achievement of business objectives (budget,etc.)
* Develop full marketing plans across all segment including marketing intelligence (market research), Advertising and Exhibitions, Trade marketing and Demand Generations/Customer Engagement and loyalties (b2c and b2c) Programs.
* Define and coordinate the annual campaing planner for all Company products/targets in the different segments within budget and schedule.

Marketing Execution:
* Stimulates demand, performs brand awareness activities, support sales channels and teams and keep a integrated end user communication contact plan across experience funnel.
* Find the right promotional mix (promo budget optimization) among regional plus local initiatives. Work closely with HQ Marketing Communicaiton Teams in charge of the Regional Marketing Projects.
* Enhance the customer experience – be an internal advocate for our customers, and how the company can improve their experience through communications and channels.
* Planning execution tracking promo budget expenses, performance and marketing contribution Brand.
* Ensure coherent Company and cross-segment brand positioning across the countries and the segments defining online and off line branding principles in line with Company branding and segments
* Events management maximizing efforts across different segments and channels.
* Sales Support,Provides support to all sales teams to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Team Management:
* Recruit, retain, and manage a best-in-class team that can work effectively.
* Selection and management of local-global communication agencies to completed skillss and capabilities needed.
* Provide the leadership & direction for the marketing team within channels & marketing segment, directing the organization to reach its full potential in key performance metrics.
* Provide direction to team members to create marketing planning and communications that deliver optimal results.
* Hold regular planning sessions with team members and key stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives, including timely development and launch of all digital assets and print sales. Expectations & C

Requirements

* Master post graduate required - top business school.
* Must have 5-8+ years Marketing Management experience: B2B, or B2B2C across the GCC/MEA Markets from a Marketing Progtammes and Marketing Promotions.
* Must have Marketing Communications proven track record.
* Must be familiar of the Publishing Business.
* Must have B2B Healthcare industry experience from a Marketing Communications perspective.

Languages: English spoken and written required; desirable any other European languages.

This position requires some travel to customer and non-customer sites in Europe.
