Job description / Role
Cclient is currently looking for a head of planning to work on a High rise project based in Dubai. The project value is up to AED 600 million and my client is in the process of building multiple residential buildings
This position is to work for a leading Tier One contractor in the UAE, who specialise only in design and build projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years experience (5 years in the UAE)
- Commercial Build experience is a must and previous experience must be on a high rise residential
- Degree qualified is essential
- Must be a strong character and must have experience of leading a planning department
