Job description / Role

Group Organization and Structure (BEST) aims at defining and implementing a relevant and sustainable operating model for the Chalhoub Group. Its scope of work entails formalization, alignment and optimization of reporting, procedures, processes and organizational structures across the entities of the Chalhoub Group.

As part of its endeavour to improve and enforce the Group Model, Group Organization and Structures activity is broken down in work streams:
- Organization
- Operating Model
- Master Data Management
- Governance of system processes
- Reporting

The Business Analysis Lead Specialist is leading two of these work streams:
- Governance of system processes
- Reporting

Requirements

- University Degree in Business, IT or a relevant field

Candidate Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience and a track record that demonstrates positions of increasing responsibility especially in terms of team management and accomplishment in a blue-chip consulting company;
- Experience in ERP systems (especially Oracle) and large change management projects is a significant advantage;

Expertise and experience in Beauty, Gift or Fashion is an advantage;
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills, with the ability to 'think outside the box' and move concepts to implementation;
- Ability to drive initiatives, interact with senior management and mobilize stakeholders;
- Flexible and self-motivated, with ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Managerial skills;
- Strong influencing, interpersonal and relationship management skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Linguistic Skills
- English: Excellent spoken and written skills
- Arabic: highly preferable
