Head of Sales & Operations

Job description / Role

Mylist is seeking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial head of sales and operations.

We are an innovative fast growing company, that has tripled in size over the past year and expect to double in the next 12 months.

We are looking for someone who is operationally strong, who is great at maintaining client relationship and can also develop business.

You will be a key part of this exciting company and report directly to the CEO.

The basic salary is 15 - 20k AED monthly + attractive commission structure

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the sales team by checking their KPIs, improving their work and training them.
- Be responsible for scheduling & delegating sales representatives’ tasks accordingly.
- Hiring new sales representatives in coordination with the CEO.
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Coordinates the implementation process in different GCC countries.
- Pro-actively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization planning efforts.
- Pro-actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed in coordination with the marketing team.

Requirements

- 5-10 years experience in retail, online or service company
- Experience in management compulsory.
- Outstanding communication, leadership and analytic skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experience, and prioritization of tasks
- Keen eye for aesthetics
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Flexible schedule, some nights & weekends required

- Problem solver
- Potential growth with company
- Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken), Arabic would be a plus.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Must be able to provide a minimum of two professional references

Experience working with following systems strongly preferred
- CRM (ex: Salesforce)
- Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel
