Head of Supply Chain - Healthcare

Up to AED 35,000 per month
Fixed Term Contract

A global health care leader with a diversified portfolio of prescription medicines and consumer health products are looking for a candidate to head their Supply Chain, this is for a new and exciting project. The successful applicant will be someone that understands the importance of end-to-end supply chain visibility. As part of a global team you will asses the benefits related to production efficiency, potential inventory write-offs and meeting customer requirements.

Main responsibilities:
- Demand Management
- Lead market interactions
- Manage inventory
- Support the development of market revenue opportunities
- Supply management
- Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain all master data and planning
- Provide relevant reports to key stakeholders

Requirements

- Pharmaceutical environment minimum 5 year experience
- Experience in all aspects of Supply Chain Management / planning processes.
- Awareness of business and industry dynamics and regulation
- Experience in Supply Network Planning, Distribution or Manufacturing processes is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate, collaborate and influence
- Ability to think End-to-End when analysing problems and resolving project conflicts
- Resilient individual, able to function in a dynamic and changing corporate environment
- Capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
