Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An opportunity has arisen for an HR Administrator to join our team in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) office. The primary role would be to deal with support staff recruitment and learning & development. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Recruitment
- Deal with support staff recruitment including advertising for roles, reviewing CVs, organising screening and interviews, communicating with internal staff, candidates and agents.
- Update and maintain internal recruitment report for the support staff roles (Access report).
- Attend and participate in recruitment team meetings and proactively provide ad hoc updates to the team as necessary.
- Conduct research for fee earner roles where required (CV database, LinkedIn, law firms, etc).
- Become familiar with all ATCO HR policies, relevant legislation (provisions of UAE Federal Labour Law, DIFC Employment Law).

Learning and Development
- Assisting the learning and development team in preparing programme schedules for induction and training of employees
- Facilitate training courses, legal seminars, workshops and development programs for UAE & non-UAE staff from secretarial level to managerial level
- Book internal/external meeting rooms, coordinate with training providers and oversee overall training logistics (pre and post training)
- Any other tasks/responsibilities may be assigned in relation to the role

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in a related field of study or membership in an HR Professional body
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.)
