HR Analyst (Workforce Management) - Al Futtaim Group HR - Dubai, UAE

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Analyst (Workforce Management) to work from our HR Shared Service Centre based in Dubai Festival City.

Reporting to Team Leader - Working & System Support, you will be responsible for incoming requests for various activities that impact Employee's Master Data and Employee's Pay, support business across in conjunction with the HR Business Partner for the organization structure maintenance.

Your duties will include:
- Show levels of expertise in a HR processes, policies, transactions & etc.
- Ensure data quality & accuracy are met at all time through "Right First Time" practice.
- Communicate results to employees after having received confirmation that request is resolved.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of policies and procedures within the Group.
- Demonstrate proactive personal commitment to the adoption of new processes and working practices.

The role may require offsite visits to extend HR operations.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Management or Technology with 2 -3 years experience as HR Generalist or in customer service help desk role with strong background in supporting HR system transactions module - Personnel Admin, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management and etc.

You must be proficient with PC Applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint & MS Outlook. SAP HR exposure is a plus.

Good verbal and written English communication skills is highly required for this role. Hindi or Malayalam speaker would be an advantage.
