Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handling employee recruitment from designing assessments, posting of vacancies, short listing of candidates, initial interview to selecting/coordinating with managers to managing the employee exit process
- Administration of new joiners and leavers including orientation, developing employment contracts, liaising with insurance companies for medical and health insurance, Issuing correspondences (salary certificates, salary transfer, experience letter, visa letters, bank letters, transfer letters, etc.)
- Administering ESS program for vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
- Keeping records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
- Responsible for organizing training programs for the employees
- Responsible for looking after employee engagement
- Serving as the first point of contact to employees for all queries and grievances
- Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

- Degree in HR
- Min 3 years experience in HR
- UAE Work Experience
- Team player and organized
- Strong Social Skills. Be able communicate at different levels
- Hands-on knowledge of Ms Excel
- Good Presentation Skills
- Basic ISO knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws
