We are currently looking for an experienced HR Generalist for our Dubai based Contract Staffing division who will focus on providing HR Administration support to our outsourced employees in the UAE, from on boarding through to the entire life cycle of their employment and off boarding. The HR Generalist will be performing a variety of supporting administrative tasks, like the administration of employment contracts, letters, on boarding, off boarding, payroll elements, annual leave, air ticketing, employment visa requirements in UAE Mainland. The role is also responsible for dealing with sensitive employee issues, and managing all customer inquiries or complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in an HR Generalist or HR Administrator role, out of which at least 1 year experience in Dubai;
- UAE Labour Law knowledge and exposure in UAE Mainland work permit and visa requirements and processes;
- Significant experience in administrating a high number of employees from on boarding to off boarding, ideally in an outsourcing company in the UAE;
- Experience in working with HR Data management systems;
- Advanced level skills in Outlook and MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, Arabic is a plus;
- Strong administration and organizing skills;
- Strong Customer Service orientation;
- Ability and confidence to communicate effectively and interact in all levels;
- Diploma/Degree holder;
