This HR Manager role is for a group of companies covering a varied portfolio including retail, car hire and the food & beverage industry. They are a well-established company with offices and a manufacturing site here in Dubai. The CEO is a dynamic and entrepreneurial person, constantly seeking out new business opportunities and therefore the company has grown quickly.

As part of the company’s growth they are seeking experienced HR Managers that have been exposed to a similar diverse groups of companies. Candidates that have also implemented quality standards such as ISO and worked to develop a diverse, further skilled workforce to help improve company and customer standards are encouraged to apply. A HR qualification is not essential to this role, however a minimum of 3 years’ experience at group level and either Russian or Arabic language skills are required.

Requirements

The HR Manager will have Russian or Arabic speaking language skills to support the team of 80 employees. You will be responsible for all HR functions and offer your expertise to the Management team in all aspects of personnel, from on boarding and immigration through to disciplinary matters. This is a very hands on role and you will also be expected to be fully involved.

This is not a role for a strategic HR Manager- the successful candidate will be instrumental in the development of the HR function, but also have a "can do" approach. You will have a positive outlook and work to ensure best practices are implemented efficiently and to support all employees at all levels, whether they are office or manufacturing based. You will handle the department in a professional manner and strive to ensure the company becomes an employer of choice for the future.
