Job description / Role

Due to their global emphasis on continuous improvement and growth, they are looking for a vibrant and hands-on HR Specialist to join their team in Dubai.
Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist in developing and improving processes, implementing projects and act as the liaison for global HR initiatives. Responsibilities include; recruitment, orientation and induction of new employees, performance management, compensation & benefits, development and implementation of relevant job competency models and information alongside HR data management.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years experience in a similar role and come from a retail or FMCG background. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as exceptional attention to detail.
