Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Support the end-to-end Transfer cycle of NME Market Internal Transfers and NME mission assignments. Provide RTS support to Market as needed on Market Internal Transfers & missions.
- Manages and coordinates Transfers In and Transfers Out of all employees in Nestlé Middle East Head Office
- Remains the key contact for transferees assigned in Head Office
- Responsible to draft the Salary Package preparation and prepare all relevant forms , in alignment with internal and external stakeholders and with continuous communication with the sending country, NME stakeholders/HRBP, and Transferee
- Conducts full orientation/induction on related policies, benefits and pay package calculations, with specific information on related geographical area
- Ensures that logistics associated with the assignment (Employement/Tourist visa, hotel booking, transportation, per diem, medical insurance, bank account, driver's license, accomodation, etc.) are set in place in a timely manner
- Process transfer administration in HR and other systems in close coordination with pension, payroll, NBS ES, Finance (ICOs), T&E support, as well as home/assignment Markets
- Queries Management for Transferees

Requirements

- 2 years+ experience in a multinational business environment with a focus in HR (C&B / Transfers) related activities
- Experience interfacing in a professional manner with all levels of employees, including top level executives
- Strong organization, planning and multitasking skills required to manage several transfers simultaneously
- Ability to work under time pressure and be flexible in a changing environment
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Understanding of diverse global cultures, company’s organization and businesses
- High level of tact and ability to handle sensitive compensation and business information
- Ability to exercise independent sound judgment to ensure policies and programs are applied equitably and consistently
