Job description / Role
Our client, one of the leading safety equipment manufacturing business in the region, is looking for an experienced HR and Administration Manager to lead their Human Resources Team.
The role will require the successful candidate to:
- Manage global HR issues related to operations
- Supervise the HR team at HQ
- Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives
- Design and implement strategy for the HR function in relation to recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, compensation and benefits, training and development of the workforce
- Coach and mentor senior managers to effectively use the full range of HR tools such as performance measures for employees
- Prepare job descriptions and prepare the company handbook updates
- Develop and manage the performance evaluation program and ensure employee development
- Oversee Administrative office staff and maintaining files and central database
- Supervise insurance and legal relationships for the organisation
- Assist in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Male Candidate
- ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong working knowledge of local labour law and regulations
