Job description / Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the graduate recruitment team through managing an effective graduate recruitment service for a the graduate programme. The recruitment officer will be part of a team dedicated to providing an efficient, high quality, client focused service.
Responsibilities:
- Receive candidate applications via Recruitment online system/Email and respond to their requests.
- Screen candidates and conduct the pre-Screening interviews.
- Update the Recruitment Candidates Tracker on daily basis and report accurately each day on the status of all vacancies.
- Post & update all job vacancies on the PwC Career Portal site and on the Global network.
- Focus on candidate experience by ensuring every applicant is responded to promptly.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard working and a committed approach.
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Strong information/data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner.
- Adaptable and creative problem solving skills at an operational level.
- Fluency in written & verbal English communication is must.
- Strong IT & Microsoft office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint.
