Job description / Role
The Site Services team is looking for an experienced project manager to strengthen its service delivery to Boeing and its subsidiaries.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Project manages and directs the planning, development and implementation of projects and processes for Boeing Site Services in support of the companys facility management requirements in the India Middle East and Africa Region.
- Projects range from office refurbishments, office closures, office fit-out implementations and ensuring implementation of local site security, networking, Audi-Video and in-country safety standards.
- Responsible for working closely with the well-established Corporate Real Estate, Site Planning, Contracts department, and other Boeing and non-Boeing business partners and suppliers.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years experience leading integrated fit-out projects using structured program and project management disciplines.
Project Management, Construction Facilities Management, schedule development and maintenance, budget development and maintenance required, leadership, presentation, organizational, process discipline and interpersonal communication skills required.
Must have the ability to confer effectively with personnel at all levels within the company and with external partners and suppliers. Requires culturally sensitive, strategic, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized individual with excellent initiative and judgment. Must be able to perform under pressure, manage multiple projects concurrently, establish priorities to meet deadlines and work effectively with individuals across multiple functions, levels, locations and cultures.
Prior work experience in construction management and/or construction project management required. Degree in construction management or project management or business and a professional qualification in Property Management, Project Management as well as Professional Certification required or 10 years professional experience is preferred.
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll, and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law. Employment is subject to the candidate s ability to satisfy all UAE labor and immigration formalities. This job may be level 4 or level 5 and will determined by the level of experience and qualifications of the selected candidate, in relation to the scope and responsibility of the position.
