Internal Audit Manager

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned, international luxury hotel. Our client is looking to hire an Internal Audit Manager to join their team in Dubai.

This role will manage the audit team and support the Vice President of Internal Audit. You will be responsible for ensuring the internal audit methodology is successfully applied, evaluating controls and assessing business and process risks.

You will also mitigate controls whilst identifying potential risks as well as conduct audit reviews to check the effectiveness of systems, procedures and controls.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a relevant accounting qualification (CPA, CIA, ACA or ACCA) coupled with experience in a Big Four firm. It is essential you have internal audit experience within the hospitality industry. You should also be an excellent team player and possess strong communication skills. Additionally, you should be meticulous, have the ability to manage processes and be able to solve problems to identify risks.
