IT Infrastructure Manager - Dubai , UAE
We're looking for a first class IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team on the Expo 2020 program.
The role involves the procurement of all services and software in close collaboration with the PMC Procurement Team and the clients Procurement team, as well as ensuring the appropriate hardware, network and office environment is functioning.
- Prepare and develop Programme wide IT Infrastructure and Network Standards
- Governance of IT Infrastructure and Network implementation across Programme
- Review and approval of project specific IT PMPs
- Specialist IT Project Management
- Specialist Technology development and implementation (e.g. 3D cave, Hologram projection, Survey Technology)
- Project Manage design and Implementation of Construction Observation Camera System and Drone Observation
Requirements
- University degree, Bachelors Science, Arts or Information Systems
- 12 years + experience required in the following areas:
- Experience directly on large programmes
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Experience with the AEC (architectural, engineering and construction) industry and tools desired
- High communicator; across, up and down
- Ability to write technical documents and plans
- Familiarity with writing project plans in P6, Timberline or Microsoft Project.
- Has proven experience of managing IT on a programme
