IT Security Officer (UAE National)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a real estate management organisation who is looking to hire an IT Security Officer (UAE National) to work within their Dubai office. This role will be working closely with their IT staff, developing security policies and designing cost-effective security programs for the overall security of the company’s information.

Your main responsibilities will be to create security policies and develop an incident reporting response system to address any security incidents. You will also be required to create a risk assessment program targeting information security and privacy matters. In addition, you will be responsible for the training and education of employees on information security and privacy matters alongside its documentation.

Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a bachelors Degree in IT (any discipline) and a certification in IT Security and Audit. Ideally you should have at least 2 years experience and be a UAE National.
