Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prominent local holding company. Our client is looking to hire a bilingual (English / Arabic) JDE Functional Analyst HCM to join their headquarters in Dubai.
You will be primarily responsible for providing problem resolutions and ongoing support to the company with respect to the JD Edwards HCM Module. You will also work with functional business owners to develop custom solutions (report, application development and process design).
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in computer / information sciences with at least 7 years relevant IT JDE experience ideally as a HCM Functional Analyst. You should also possess thorough knowledge of JDE HCM modules (Payroll processing, Interim Payroll, Global Leave Administration, Time and Labour, PDBAs, HCM Foundation, Performance Management and Competency Management).
It is essential you have overseen at least 2 full cycle JD implementations. Strong understanding of functional HR processes along with fluency in both English and Arabic are crucial for this role.
