Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Working within the Human Resources Department, this role provides administration support for the development programme of the company. Key responsibilities include facilitating the materials review, consulting with trainers and the Head of Department to maintain accuracy of all training supporting documents such as trainer guides, workbooks, handouts and case studies for training topics. You will manage the production of such documentation, collate and disseminate e feedback forms for all training topics for trainers, participants and associates and additionally organize training directories, calendars and schedules for each trainer, coach and associate. You will be responsible for coaching administration staff with regards to PowerPoint support and assist in all basic support tasks such as booking rooms, ordering stationary and setting up the rooms for training purposes.

There will also be interaction with universities and colleges, assisting in administration staff relating to the coaching programmes, examinations and secondments. There will be heavy involvement in media releases and/or event management in order that the programmes reputation remains enhanced. You will also attend committee meetings and prepare minutes for such. There will be some ad hoc support to the HR team in general as well as responsibility for managing the relevant database.

Requirements

Our client is looking for an individual with experience in L&D support as well as exposure to event management. A strong administration background (preferably at least five years) with a HR qualification would be ideal. The incumbent must be capable of creating advanced PowerPoint presentations in accordance with the company style and be able to manage high volume material, often under strict deadlines.
