Job description / Role
Objectives: The incumbent is responsible for designing learning interventions, material and programs in line with the Learning and Development strategic focus and business objectives for the brands
Main responsibilities:
- Understand needs analysis methodologies and techniques, and implementing theory into practise using content development tools
- Understand and identify the various brands' learning and development requirements as well as those for the business including head office
- Develop material for classroom delivery, self learning, coaching and on the job training
- Work alongside subject matter experts to design and develop content for generic and specific learning and development programs in line with the learning and development analysis
- Responsible for conducting content reviews
- Design, develop and implement a schedule for regular content reviews
- Review on a regular basis learning and development content, ensuring they are in line with organisational/ functional requirements to allow effective and high quality delivery of learning interventions to employees
- Manage training schedules across all operational territories
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and suppliers to schedule for specific training as and when required
- Support the Learning and Development team with all administrative duties
Reporting to: Learning and Development Manager
Travel requirements: occasional travel across the GCC as per business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field
- Other certifications obtained: CIPD, SPHR
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
