Job description / Role
A multinational manufacturing business is seeking to recruit a HR Executive to specialise in their Learning & Development function.
You will be reporting to the Training Manager and responsibilities include:
- Admin support for learning lifecycle and training activities
- Advise line managers on learning & development tools available for their team
- Prepare annual training calendar
- Prepare annual training budget
- Administer assessment centres
- Administer feedback tools
- Monitor employee development plans
- Assist with management of training centre
- Generate reports for HR and other business functions
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years experience in a similar position (preferably multinational) You must be a specialist in learning & development (HR Generalists will not be considered) with Middle East experience.
Candidates must be MALE as there is an element of travel to their KSA office. Any nationality welcomed.
Salary AED 14,000 plus ticket and medical.
