Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Drafting and documenting policies and procedures for the arbitration department.
- Drafting, editing and formatting department correspondence.
- Coordinating with management, clients and other departments to provide assistance.
- Prepare, plan and implement documentation being sent to clients.
- Manage department records confidentially to include proper filing and retrieval.
- Provide support with business development and marketing activities.
- Support in financial and audit activities.
- Meeting clients, obtaining feedback and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Ad hoc project and program work as necessary.

Requirements

- Must be able to start immediately on a husband or father visa.
- Minimum 2 years ‘ experience as a legal administrator in Dubai
- Business English communication skills with Arabic an advantage.
- Law Degree or paralegal qualification is desirable.
- Proactive and well organized with great attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills and highly skilled in MS Office applications.

To be the chosen candidate for this position you will need to be currently based in Dubai with at least 2 years experience in a legal environment. Be professionally presented with a sound work ethic and helpful attitude.
