Property Transaction Consultation (to conveyance) is the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another. This legal process requires a high level of competency as well as the ability to liaise between buyers, sellers, real estate agents, developers, banks and government entities.
The role includes the following responsibilities;
- Property transaction consultation
- Managing bank finance
- Power of attorney
- Developer handovers
- Dispute resolution
- Escrow referrals
- Wills
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate either a track record in complex administration or have legal/conveyance experience.
The successful candidate must have excellent written and verbal English language skills. Being a self-starter, highly organized and calm under pressure are key attributes for applicants. Experience in dealing with Government departments, property developers or real estate agents are advantageous.
The successful candidate could come from one of the following backgrounds:
- Paralegal / Law degree holder
- Conveyance/ Real Estate
- Company Administration
