Employment: Full Time

Our Client, a top-tier International Law Firm based in the DIFC, is seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant to join the existing BDM team.

The position requires:
- The development of pitch proposals; including background research, administration, and presentation rehearsals
- Event coordination; including planning, liaising with suppliers, negotiating best packages, and arranging marketing
- Prepare press releases and media circulation, directory submissions, and interviews
- Effectively manage all administration of hard copy materials and on IT systems, maintain regular communication with internal and external contact

Note this role will require intermittent travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

- Relevant experience working as a BD Administrator or Assistant within a private practice setting
- Clear and effective communication skills with a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy and attention to detail
- The ability to liase with a variety of personalities on all levels
- Intermediate level of computer literacy and highly organised
