Job description / Role
Our client, a top-tier International Law Firm with offices based in the DIFC, is seeking a Finance Assistant to provide support to the Finance manager in the following areas:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations
- Petty Cash and Expenses
- CSR Accounting
- Liaise with overseas offices regarding financial allotments
- Assisting Secretaries with the preparation of bills, credit notes, and general queries
- Provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports for presentation
- Process Salaries on a monthly basis
- Preparing budget forecasts and surveys
Requirements
The successful candidate will have worked previously in an International Law Firm within a similar Finance position. Strong attention to detail and technical IT abilities are essential, along with the ability to work in a close-knit and multi-cultural team.
