Job description / Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our Security Systems Division, the position will be based in Dubai and part of a rapidly growing team.
The position will require you to be responsible for results oriented customer service, Preventive and corrective maintenance of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intercom, Gate barrier, Intruder Alarm System. You will provide technical support to the team, client face with customers and stakeholders. During technical escalations you will be responsible for the coordination and communication of activity among site teams, management teams, and customers, during challenging and high-pressure scenarios.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of engineering degree/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics, I.T. or equivalent.
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in the installation of security systems with 2 years of experience in Maintenance & trouble shooting.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Low Current Systems like Access Control, CCTV, Fire, Intercom, Gate barrier, Intruder Alarm System & IT Networks etc..
- Installation Quality conscious.
- IT Qualification certificates like MCSE, CCNA or equivalent.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self Motivated.
- Proven-problem solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work off-shifts as required by the flow of business.
- Proven ability to deliver tasks on-time and adherence to deadlines.
- Successful delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Strong experience with Health and Safety Risk Assessments and Control Measures.
- Valid UAE driving license is essential.
