Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role will based out of Dubai, and work closely with the Sales Team to be accountable for stakeholder management across the organization for the successful delivery of channel communications within sales.

Ensure complex messages for both training & communication are developed into simple, easy to deliver messages, with easily understood content.

Develop and continuously improve a communications process that allows visibility of topics, content, timing & effectiveness & ultimately, an improved customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a communications process that allows visibility of topics, content, timing & effectiveness to ensure the right messages are getting to the right end users, in the right format, at the right time.
- Manage stakeholders within the business to ensure the above process is developed & executed accurately & efficiently.
- Develop content in such a way that the message thread is consistent throughout. i.e. Flowing from training material, through messages on the Retail portal, through briefings to different channel teams & ultimately the customer.
- Identify & continuously develop the methodology of communication to the different channels to maximize efficiency & ensure key content is understood with minimum effort.
- Track effectiveness of messages across channels on a regular basis to ensure channel management teams are supporting content delivery & engagement.
- Provide a weekly up to date communications calendar, integrated with the channel training calendar to ensure visibility of all activity & priorities.
- Continuously improve communications tools for maximum impact & efficiency.
- Set, manage & agree KPIs & objectives with team members. Review monthly. Identify strengths & weaknesses in team & coach, train & performance manage accordingly
- Set up team/virtual team to ensure communications channel is open seven days to support channels.
- Ensure necessary training provisions for staff are accounted & regular training is adopted & applied to increase performance.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships to ensure the retail sales management team gain support & provide support to other appropriate functions
- Build & foster a strong team working environment in line with Etisalat values

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Mandatory - Communication Expert
- 8-10 years of experience in people management, consumer engagement, process/project management & sales results
