To undertake Agency work associated with the syndication deals where the Bank is the Facility Agent. Main Job Responsibilities:
Service Standards: Identify, review and recommend standards for Facility Agency function that are based on best practices.
Service Support: Provide specialist support to the business activities on a continuous basis to meet current and future needs of Agency responsibilities.
Projects: Plan, manage and implement assigned “Agency” related duties in order to deliver.
Compliance & Control: Actively monitor compliance and control measures.
Technical Expertise: Update own/staff technical expertise in the “Agency” work.
Staff Supervision: Superior, train and guide the support team in order to deliver results effectively.
Candidate should have 4-5 years experience in Syndication Facility Agency/Syndication division in GCC based banks handling similar functions. Should be familiar with convenants, facility agreement documentation.
